The following study is designed to explore how people react to people they work with.

This study is being undertaken by Daniel Frings (djf5@kent.ac.uk), a PhD student studying at the University of Kent, and is being supervised by Prof. Dominic Abrams (D.Abrams@kent.ac.uk) from the same institution.

The study should take around ten to fifteen minutes. The study will ask you to imagine yourself in a situation that may arise at work, and ask how you would react to various events.

Your response will be kept confidential (your name or other personal information will never be linked to the responses you give).Your email address will never be given to third parties.It is collected so you can be contacted with details of what the study was about and what we are expecting to find once you have completed it.

You may withdraw at anytime from the study simply by navigating to a web page beyond this website. If you do this none of your data will be used. Any data you give will be used only for research and research publication purposes.

This study complies with BPS ethical guidelines, and as such we require that you must be over 18 to take part in this research. Additionally, I would like you to know that there is a complaints procedure in place that you can follow, if you are unhappy with the way my research has been conducted or you feel that the experience of taking part in this research has had negative effects on you in any way.
